Refund policy

Every item is handmade to order so unfortunately we don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless faulty. We are always here to listen and make it work if we can so please email and we can discuss if we are able to offer a solution.

All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
